The ACA (Obama Care) IS the conservative plan. It was developed and written by the conservative Heritage Group, and first implemented by the then Massachusetts Republican governor, Mitt Romney. Some imbecile in the GOP thought it ‘cute’ to call it ‘Obama Care’ and attack when ‘smart’ would have been to claim full credit for it and take it away from Obama and Democrats. But Republican/conservatives are hypocrites and short-sighted greedy liars, rarely smart. Yet, the Democrats still don’t outsmart them.
