Then there’s Rall, who… possibly for the sake of making his point… is all about taking things to absurd extremes. I’m pretty sure that (just grabbing a blue sky guess out of thin air) 90% of all voting Democrats would give the nod to whomever the Democratic candidate is this year. In the best of all possible worlds, the Dems might have chosen Warren. Or Sanders. Or Mayor Pete. But “we” didn’t. The people have spoken. Now it’s time to fish or cut bait. A write-in vote for your favorite candidate … or just boycotting the election… is, in effect, a loss of one vote for the Democrats’ choice. Do that too many times, and the guy who’s in it entirely for the ego trip, the money and the power will be in it for another 4 years. Please, let’s NOT do that!!
