Transcript:
Narrator: Donald Trump is saying the election might be rigged/stolen. The media is mocking him. (Man: He's paranoid, irresponsible! What is he talking about?) Florida 2000, Ohio 2004, 2016 Democratic primaries (Man: Oddly, the party's caucus counter isn't coming here.) Scotus 2000 (Man: Elections are run by states, so we shouldn't hear any appeal of a state supreme court, but whatever.) Man 2: This just in: Why Angelina really divorced Brad!
“It’s not who votes that counts, but who counts the votes”. And in those cases where a machine is used for voting or tabulating, who controls those votes is whoever controls those machines. For the secret machinations whereby the vote is determined, I say that the appropriate policy is “guilty until proven innocent”.
.
Vote on paper, count by hand. It’s the only way to be sure. (And no, punched-card ballots don’t count as paper).
