Pentagon officials blame the Iraq scandal on a breakdown of the chain of command. (Man 1: A half-dozen low ranked enlisted men and women, left free of supervision, have made us look like goons!) These rogue, soldiers, it turns out, faked the WMD intelligence used to sell the invasion. (Man 2: This is much better intel than I have from the CIA- thank you, PFC. England!) (Woman: Call me Lynndie, Colin... good luck at the U.N.!) Then, while no one was paying attention, these 7 "bad apples" flew 25,000 sorties dropping 10,000 bombs on Iraqi schools, government offices and 30,000 formerly living people. (Bush: We're bombing Iraq?! But all Arabs everywhere will despise us!!) (Man 3: It was spc. Charlie Granger's doing, sir.) Fortunately, high-ranking officials also accept responsibility (Bush: I can't believe we allowed museum looting! Nice hearts and minds, Don.) (Man 4: I know, I know. All it takes is one private to mess up everything!)
