Standard policy, as taught in most police departments AND urged by the manufacturer of the Taser, is to wear the firearm on the dominant (i.e. “strong”, usually the right) hand side of the body and the Taser on the off (i.e. “weak”, usually the left) hand side of the body. Is it possible that she didn’t know her left from her right?
