Of course women can’t become priests. It’s obvious that the organizing forces of the universe are against it. Why, a bunch of guys from a couple of thousand years ago reported on a story about this man who was both a man and "god. Now they never actually saw this guy. Nor did any of the storytellers ever actually hear what the man god had to say. But it was the absolute Truth, whatever it was. And even if we don’t really know a single word or thought that actually was spoken by the man god, we know he didn’t want females serving him as intermediaries. Uh huh. Seems very likely to be 100% accurate. Just as likely as the trader, warlord Arab who had visions of the absolute truth from the organizing forces of the universe. Yup. The same forces that gave rise to, say, the crystalline structure of iron pyrite also told this warlord the absolute, final, truth of the universe. The forces are obviously not in favor of women as intermediaries. Yup, makes a lot of sense. Now, where does one go to get a heaping pile of blind faith to swallow this stuff?
