Arizona has adjusted the new law, now saying a person can’t be required to prove their legal status unless they’ve been noted engaging in other illegal behavior.

This still allows for racial profiling, but doesn’t require it, so it’s a step in the right direction.

But it does show they recognized the problem that so many have denied existed…even if the Constitution-haters like davesmithsit thought it was just fine.
