I wonder if Kelley actually has any idea what either of those terms means. As commonly used, the word “Antisemite” refers to hatred of Jews. The only groups in this country to profess hatred of Jews are on the right. Period. Remember “Jews will not replace us!”? Remember “Camp Auschwitz” t-shirts worn at the January 6 insurrection?
It is all too convenient to pretend criticism of the Israeli government is antisemitism or that standing up for the thousands of civilians being slaughtered in Gaza is support of Hamas. Neither is true, and those who claim these things are abhorrent.
