Now, to improve battery life and lower memory costs of notebooks, netbooks, tablets and smartphones, the cloud is being used like the mainframe was. Secure devices, operating systems and applications are time-consuming and costly and in an administration that wants to eliminate regulations to make businesses more profitable, the consumer loses as new features are more important than good security for increasing sales.
