Trump has committed obstruction of justice in the clearest possible manner in broad daylight, in front of everyone.
Despite what the law clearly says, which is that whistleblower complaints at the level of the complaint (properly filed and executed) against Trump vs the Ukraine incident, which Giuliani has admitted happened, that complaint has not been turned over to Congress AS THE LAW CLEARLY REQUIRES. Instead, on Trump’s orders, it has been locked down at the Justice Department.
This is obstruction of justice. It is illegal. There is utterly no doubt the complaint has been filed, there is utterly no doubt the complaint has not been turned over to Congress, and there is utterly no doubt that this was done on Trump’s orders.
Those are facts. The merits of the complaint are utterly beside the point. Blocking the DELIVERY of the complaint is obstruction of justice, by definition. It is, by definition, a federal crime.
Trump has “shot his man on fifth avenue in front of TV cameras” and the dude is dead.
The sole question now is, will the system work, or not.
