Get her a “grabber stick thingy” so she can pick up at least some items if you’re not available.

I loved #3 pencils as a left-handed child in school. (Yes, way back before computers.) I write “upside down” and the #3 lead wouldn’t be smeared by my hand moving over what I’d already written.

Did not know that! Thanks for the info.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I hope you can find family, friends or community resources that can help with the structural issues. As a last resort, try a Go Fund Me appeal. I’m a widow also, so I know how difficult it is to deal with the loss and to figure out how to cope without him. Blessings on you.

If this is truly your reality, I wish you the very best on your journey and hope you are surrounded by your loved ones when the time comes.

OMG, I hadn’t remembered Soupy Sales! Thanks for bringing back some happy childhood memories. Yes, I’m old, too.

I keep a home phone that works off cell to use as a “throwaway” number for anything I don’t want to give out my cell number for. I turned off the answering machine and never answer it myself. It’s worth the extra $15 a month on my mobile bill not to be bothered.

This kid still calls herself “Aypo” but can articulate a very complex thought that her “body wants to sleep but her mind won’t let her.” Not very realistic.
