    Congratulations on losing 15 pounds. I eat only during three meal times, and I eat no more than my measured quantities, even if I am hungry later. I can then adjust quantities intentionally to achieve a healthy weight based on my physical activity. I drink water when hungry because thirst is often misinterpreted as hunger.
