graduated HS in 1971 – that spring was the first time the female students were allowed to wear pants to school, but it had to be a coordinated pantsuit. Boy’s cooking was a very popular class -mostly because we got to cook and eat that week’s lessons every Friday. Steak grilling day was the best and only a little dangerous. Imagine a yard full of 17 yo boys playing with fire. I think a male coach was required to be there. BTW – the woman that taught the class was one of my favorite teachers ever.
My 1st computer [in my late 20s] was a Timex-Sinclair w/2k of memory. It only programmed in basic, had a membrane ‘keyboard’ and many of the keys were just shortcuts to basic commands. Next was a Commodore 64, big time! I eventually retired after 35 years in IT. Those old machines were so interesting.
I’m 70 yo. I first heard Ms. Swift in the early 2000s on the CMT channel. I’m not a Swiftie, but my favorites are “Tears on My Guitar” and “Shake it Off”. I listen to a broad swath of music and styles. There’s so much great music out there to enjoy!
