I believe Greg reads our comments here about how un-likeable Bernice is. This is the first time I can EVER remember her being the voice of reason and actually being helpful without being snotty.
The problem is, it’s never about who she ‘wants’ to help. It’s all about Bernice. I doubt if she heard one word Piro said. SHe’s the type of person who never listens, she’s just waiting for a break so she can something. Here’s a college student who thinks she has all the answers, because she’s a ‘psych major’ She reminds people of that ad naseum.
I guess I’m puzzled why the ice sculpter guy is puzzled. Ice sculpting is obviously an art and not easy, so why would you give a total stranger the chainsaw, and then be shocked when he messes it up? C’mon, Bathack, it’s called writing.
And again, Bernice is anything but helpful. I’m not a girl, but I have two daughters, and I know that when it came to ‘bra’ time, their mom took them out and it was kind of a special occasion. Kind of starting to leave childhood behind and become a young adult. So, yeah, Bern, it would be a first.
