   Every day it becomes increasingly obvious that “Dr. Ronny” just waved his stethoscope over Trump before pronouncing him fit for duty —-as commander-in-chief of the most powerful military force ever seen. If anybody – including his “ahem” family gave an actual fig about him they would get him a full Neurological workup to rule out pathology like progressive silent lacunar infarctions (SLI). According to the wikipedia article’ “SLIs can cause damage to the surrounding brain tissue (lesions) and can affect various aspects of a person’s mood, personality, and cognitive functioning”

   “Impairment of cognitive function” would explain ( and mitigate ) Trump’s bizarre and inappropriate antics at the 9/11 memorial service today.
