The Left today chants, “Death to America!” (Oakland, Kenosha, etc.).
They spend more time thinking of ways to despise America and their fellow Americans than any other group. Hatred, and an ever-snarling contempt for anything remotely patriotic, twisting every example of the dedication, sacrifice and love of country by others with whom they disagree into something ugly and misshapen. At least they don’t lie in wait at airports, like their parents probably did, to spit on service members returning from overseas tours.
So there’s that.
From Bunker Hill to Basra, hundreds of thousands of Americans have given up their tomorrows so their fellows—and those that are not even countrymen—may have theirs. America has spilled more blood for others than any other country in human history and the American fighting man embodies the dedication to preserving and defending those “unalienable rights” that the Founders of our Republic fiercely believed ALL men possess.
The common theme among most of the comments to a Ramirez cartoon is hate. Pure, unadulterated, irrational hatred for anyone to the right of Stalin.
Conservatives and patriots, arm yourselves. These are fascists eager to kill you and your families, ruin your country and bring the horror of totalitarianism to every corner of the globe.

Requiem In pacem fortibus militibus.
