The first computer I worked on (1979) was a Wang 2200 with 16 inch disks. They had their own suitcase for transport and storage. I also had the T-shirt. The CPU was as big as a desk. Now, of course, a thumb drive has many times more capability. Also had an IBM word processor with 8 inch disks and rudimentary computer capabilities for a data base which frequently crashed and lost everything. Made them take it back as they could not make it stop crashing. Before that, worked with IBM mag card word processor – magnetic cards the size and shape of the old cardboard punch cards and IBM dual tape cassette word processor. Dinosaur much?

I’m a woman and Forbidden Planet has always been a favorite of mine. I think most kids at the time wanted Robby for a friend.

The 100% is the heart rate at rest. The percentage above that is the person at maximum effort. So the poor guy can only do a little bit without maxing out.

I don’t put many miles on either – the last fill up I got was in September 2017 – yes, 2017 – before Hurricane Irma. Still have about a quarter tank left. I got boring I guess – retired and living on not much boring. Sigh.

There is another unwanted invader – some sort of giant lizard. Now if they would only fall into the sinkholes.

After that, do you put the battery on his chest and yell “Clear”?
