Wally was behind everyone, nearly got flattened by a falling car, got catapulted onto the deck of the falling ship, that collided with a sky scraper. He & the ship have just cut through the center of the building and he blasted out the window on the other side of the building, barely ahead of the explosion of splintered jetsam. The whole merged superstructure is sinking into the sands of the yet-unknown reality; Whether the others made it to the waters edge, or were likewise caught up in the interdimensional collision remains unknown. Does this about sum it up?

I am coming from a conservative Christian Lutheran, German/Polish background, and can honestly say I never saw or experienced anything related to unicorn bias. We all played with beads, did macrame, played in the woods, took our G.I. Joes across the street to hang out with the girl who had the Barbie dolls and the E.Z. bake oven. We colored in coloring books, and even danced some ballet in equal measure with riding our Schwinns over plywood ramps. Unicorns were just as cool as Godzilla, Rhodan & Gamera the rocket-powered Japanese spacefaring turtle, and so was hearing stories about Frodo Baggins, or reading dad’s old 1960’s comic books about the adventures of spider man. None of this gender stuff really was of any great importance back then, at least to us kids, anyway.

That’s a whole lot better than getting stuck with Candyman, by Sammy Davis Jr. – I’ve had THAT stuck in my head ever since asking spotify to play the top 100 hits of 1973.

Acid Wash denim is the coolest pair of pants to ever exist. I wish they existed today.

Maybe he’s a berzerker peacock, and going to poke the eye where it counts?

I like this one. Plus, unfortunately I can relate, as the dust-covered shelf full of CD’s in the basement can attest.

What if she’s thinking about Evil as purely an adjective and they are using the word Evil as if it’s a noun, name, and an adjective. That’s rather evil, alright.

There are very few who are truly evil who truly self-identify as evil.

My friend calls it the ‘nothing box’. Our wives dont understand. They don’t seem to have nothing boxes. They claim to have all of these mental post-it notes that keep popping up and won’t go away, whereas me and my friend, we can lay in the grass and let the grey soup of half-thoughts wash over us as the clouds roll past.
