   First, when I depart this world I won’t have much money to leave my son, but I do have a lot of collectibles. The other type of legacy is essentially nonexistent. I have a decent reputation; many of the at-risk “kids” I worked with after retirement still keep in contact with me 25 years later. Will I be remembered or revered after death ? No! That’s life!

   We have had homeless people for over a decade. Not original with Biden. The Trump presidency didn’t reduce the numbers either. Frankly neither side seems to care about the problem.

    My experience has been that half the rebuilds fail quickly. The unit is replaced free but there is a labor charge. Usually more than the price of the unit.
