If you believe it, one of my biggest motivators to work out and stay in shape is so that i will always be able to take care of my k-9 companion(s)!
Beautiful sentiment and Happy Mothers Day!
Witcheeminx: This happed to us as well. We found 2 cats in our yard that were very tiny. We live in south Florida and I was actually feeding cooked rice to the birds when out of the hedges stumblemed a tiny kitten. TINY. Of course the kitten didn’t stand a chance against the aggressive birds for food. I captured it and ‘lo and behold there was another kitten. The next day I took them both to the vet, who guessed they may be 5-6 weeks old. Well, these 2 did almost nothing for about 2 weeks except eat and sleep and I swear they grew so tall right before our eyes! When I took them to be spayed the vet upped their ages too, saying they had been extremely malnourished. One is really really smart. The other one, well, we joke that its a good thing shes the pretty one cuz shes not the brightest! They are about 4 years old now and we call the slower one our special needs kitty!
My girl Daisy loves receipts. Especially the super long ones you get from the drugstore! She can shred one to ribbons through multiple rooms of the house in about an hour!
I agree, but I happen to be of the opinion that ALL potato chips are perfect food!! Followed closely by French fries. I may have a carb problem!
And now that I think about it, they usually don’t!
I had families upon families of Weebles! Plus their houses, I think there was a car….lol!
@shaunnmunn & Marusya, yes! I’d hate for anybody to not post because they are not confident of their English! We can figure it out. And I might add that her English is about A MILLION TIMES better than my Russian, lol!!!
Her name was Lolita and she was the love of my life! The happiest, silliest, cuddle bug. She went to the bridge in ‘14, a week before her 13th birthday which is almost an unheard of age for a bully. Now we have 2 cats. Very good girls that we found outside as kittens about 5 years ago. My husband grew up strictly with cats and I only with dogs, but we’ve each learned to appreciate the others preferences. And we’ve just now told a few people we’re open to a new dog if the circumstances are right. So maybe someday soon I’ll give my heart away again! Thanks for asking!
To Johovey: And what a beauty he was too!
