   Definitely my favorite weekday strip ever. So many wonderful elements: Calvin’s one-eyed grimace, the space suit details, AND the “terrifying weaponry” —a garage door opener? “…Delicious and nutritious! HA HA HA!” The name, “Blor Utar,” is perfect, too.

   Calvin’s final balloon lets us know he’s been doing his entire show-and-tell in character. He’s the only one who knows what Blor Utar is saying, hence the great comment—is that Susie Derkins speaking?

   The day that appeared, I celebrated by printing up some “Blor Utar—planetary subjugation specialist—5 year warranty” business cards.
