I hope you are right. The problem, for me, is the manner of Brad’s announcement on Saturday has already missed the “appropriate and respectful” mark. Let’s see if this can be fixed.
Now that we know Brad’s exultant “It’s Nine-Eleven” on Saturday wasn’t some play on words, I’m disappointed they are planning a wedding celebration for that date. If they want to have a quiet, tasteful church or civil marriage ceremony that also somehow honors those who died, then fine. I just don’t see how a wedding celebration (by today’s standards) can do that. I hope they find a way.
