I think there should be an IQtest/ proof of financial responsibility test for anyone who decides to have children. Our greatest natural resource is our children and any low level fool can have as many poorly prepared children as they want. I realize the NRA’s love for using school children for target practice but maybe if we controlled the "inbred moron " factor we might solve some of our issues instead of perpetually whining about them.
