They’re never in a hurry . . .
This is why I veer between reading FBOW and ignoring it completely. I oftentimes find the characters so unrelatable. (Yes, I know it’s a “comedic” take on family life . . . blah, blah, blah).
Precisely. This is a play on the word “sally” as an action verb vs. a proper noun.
Honey, it’s a Southern phrase . . . and it means just exactly what it says.
That’s pretty cool. For a while, I was a big X-Men (Golden Age) fan, especially of Storm. I really thought she was a cool superhero. And at first, it seemed like having the ability to control the weather would be meh . . . the writers really used it to interesting advantage. Plus, I liked the backstory of Ororo being an orphan.
Just had to say. . . love your avatar! I had a whole set of “California Raisin” figures from Hardees, back in the day. Sat on my desk.
I did not know that — and I consider myself a comics fan, too. Thanks for sharing!
So you’re making online comments, and yet can’t look up something online? Ooooooo-kay.
I thought that was Ralph Macchio?
