You seem to have earned sainthood. Or at the very least, a well deserved clean conscience!

I hope you have the strength to completely remove yourself from the poisonous relationship, forever. DISTANCE!!! AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!!!!

I need plants native to MI that are drought resistant and grow to 3" tall, maximum. Or more than a few cement trucks, hauling cement, dyed green.

Poison ivy is also having a “field day”, everywhere, though we’ve only had one big rain, the Friday before last in Southeast Michigan.

I think the new motto for we who care about the environment should be, if it isn’t already: “You can’t drink oil—-make and keep our waters clean”.

I wonder, if millions of citizens of the USA and other well off countries decide not to have kids, who will work in nursing homes and/or take care of the non parents? Other elderly people? Or do we bring in poor people from other countries to take care of them? Or only allow people to live to a certain age, or until they are too ill or out of shape to take care of their own needs? Some people would be happy with the latter, until they get old.
