   I am 80 and take none, only vitamins and fish oil capsule. My doctor didn’t even think I needed to take vitamins. LOL>

   Thanks for getting an old guy to take the time to type in all of the letters to look at that video on UTUBE. I found my effort to be funny, but maybe it was because I was drinking a strong margarita at the time.
