   Finally, I’ll leave you with this. I am done on this thread, so this is my last comment. I am certain you will be incapable of letting in this be the last comment between us here, and moving on. People such as yourself tend to feel obligated “to get the last word in.”

   Try to control yourself. Surprise me by moving on, and continuing our discussions in the “next thread”.

   In return, if you do this, I will endeavour to refrain from even a hint of an insult directed towards you, and I’ll even refrain from insulting Count Olaf and anyone else. I will do so for as long as you avoid insults to others, too.

   Why? To lower the insults and increase the level of intelligent discourse here on this site. Is it a hopeless task? Probably.

   But I’m willing to put my money here my mouth is.

   Are you?

   Again, to be clear. I will modify my tendencies and work without insults, thereby setting an example, if you do two things:

   Do not reply to this comment, and

   Avoid insults to others, at least until you see me insult someone else.

   Again, I will avoid insulting you, but I will point out that my response regarding 3rd grade appears immediately after a comment you posted asking if someone was in the 3rd grade, and the phrasing of it (or are you the one in 3rd grade) kind of makes it clear what it referred to. But I’ll grant that following threads and such details on this comment section is difficult, at best.

   As to trolling, I consider it to be occurring when one writes comments but never answers direct questions or provides anything in evidence to support their assertions. This describes Count Olaf, in my opinion of course, and I have recently been engaging with him elsewhere, hence my first response, which I fully intended to be insulting, as that is what he deserves, and will continue to receive from me until he provides evidence for any of his assertions.

   Please note, I did not insult anyone in my other response, and as explained earlier, my comment to you was directly a response to your insult to someone else. It was based on the fact that you sometimes do provide evidence and engage in discussion, which I know from reading your comments elsewhere. It was meant to chide you into writing better comments.

   For the record, I am both aware of and critical of many of the aspects of FDR. The same is true of most Presidents for me.

   This is called research and discussion. If you really are capable of it, then next time, start off trying to talk.

   Unless you’re just here because what I write upsets you, then by all means, post as you see fit. When you make good points, as in the FDR link above, I’ll congratulate you.

   “A prosecutor” has rendered a decision on Biden’s mental acuity, so end of discussion?

   Which prosecutor? Where did they say or write this When? What are their qualifications to make such a judgment? What is this person’s biases?

   Why is the Siena Poll biased?

   No, I’m not a troll.

   But what I am is this. A person who hasn’t cared much for very many politicians in his lifetime, and who would GLADLY vote for someone other than a second Biden term if there was anyone better running, and if I knew that vote would not lead to a Trump presidency.

   You say I want to create division? Great. Let’s create some together.

   Post some evidence to show me and all the liberals how good Trump was as president. Show me scholarly articles by people who study history and politics.

   FDR was a disaster? Great, show me those articles. You must have read that somewhere, right? What do you have as evidence?

   Seriously?

   Well, just so you know, two of my grandparents immigrated here from Europe around 1900. The other two were born here. So my parents, and all my uncles and aunts were born here.

   My GF on my father’s side served in WWI. My father and three of his brothers served in WWII. In fact, one of the uncles was the last glider pilot to fly over Normandy before d-day. All four “saw action”.

   I have six cousins who served from the Korean conflict through Vietnam. I myself served during war time. My son was a Navy diver who saw action with a sweat team during war time.

   My sister-in-law served, and her husband did 40 years in the USMC. Their daughter is currently stationed in Europe kind of close to a war going on over there.

   but go ahead, act as if you, who just pointed out the meaningless of names, wants to question me about my patriotism.

   Do you have any idea who V Sirin was?

   Or do you just want to spout your usual idiocy?
