   The rule in our neighborhood is exactly opposite to the instruction imprinted on the Trash, Green Waste & Recycling Containers. The reason is the local trash company does not have the automated lifters that the instructions are for, rather its all a manual lifting process by the collection personnel .

   So it was License Plate to Car Registration to Drivers License (WAState) to Passport (Birth State = MN)….

   Came back from Canada the other day and handed my passport to the USA Customs Agent. Before he opened it he said " Good Afternoon Floyd, Hey are you a Gopher Fan?? He knew my name through a photograph of my License Plate taken while in the waiting queue which gave access to my Driver’s License info and then passport data..Hi Big Brother!!!
