Convoluted writing distracts from the message. I have read a variety of genres over the years, everything from youth novels to research papers. Often the more complex writing styles were accompanied by a reduced amount of information.
Peer to peer highly technical research is excluded, but I don’t think that is what he is writing. If he is more focused on content, then he should consider it the rough draft. Polishing the final draft is when you focus on making sure the audience actually hears what you want to say.
It seems to me that he just presented her with an excellent opportunity to teach him how to make a cheeseburger, fries and a milkshake.
If truly adventurous, she could also show him that if he starts a load of laundry, it should be ready to switch to the dryer when the dishes go back to the kitchen (to be properly washed or put in the dishwasher).
I believe this is a second run, with edits and updates. Rainy weather might have been consistent with 1st run, or it may just be commentary on attitudes to situations … or just having fun with April Showers.
Someone suggested it was per box, but the box looks like it hols 18 jars? 9 per level, two levels.
Looking at the jar size and the target market, they could probably have no problem with $20-25 a jar. But they need different packaging to appeal to most guys – enhancer or not.
The lines Luann might cross are different from the one’s Tara might. People with difficult backgrounds relate just fine in daily interactions, but it can be very difficult when somebody tries to pry into their background. Luann is very naive and has a very high chance of being oblivious to those lines.
Luann’s attitude the flavor of “Ooooo, interesting! I must know more!” This is not an attitude geared towards wanting to listen with empathy and only as much support as would be accepted.

Otherwise, why bother trying to communicate?
