I have been with a rescue group for over 3 years now. These comics certainly hit home. The world needs more foster homes, more responsible pet owners and more responsible breeders. We also need the vets to lower their rates for spay and neutering…especially in Canada.
Soi true. A lot of puppy mill dogs brought into rescue are terrified of grass because all they have known is the filthy cage that they lived in. I met a lady with a mill rescue. He had been in a cage for 10 years. The day I saw them was his 3 month anniversary of freedom.
