My Grandma died after 56 years of marriage. Four or five years later, my Granddaddy remarried at age 82. His new wife was so mean and hateful, and my mom was so stressed over the situation, that she and my dad made a pact: If one passed away and the other remarried, the first one would come back and haunt the other!
