   Nairebis. No it’s not. I’ve been reading this strip for over a year now and I’ve never seen a story arc as boring as this one.

   If I was a new reader of this strip, I would have been terribly disappointed with this week’s story and I would have just tuned out and not bothered coming back. As it is i’m just terribly disappointed but hopeful for a come back.

    I just don’t get the whole “mean mother-in-law” thing. Why is she so upset with the man who puts a roof over her daughter’s and grandkids’ heads; food on their table and clothes on their backs? He works hard. Doesn’t cheat. Doesn’t drink or do drugs. Doesn’t beat his wife or children. Is a good role model for the kids. Her daughter is happy with him so why isn’t she? Is she jealous because her husband didn’t measure up meaning her daughter made a better choice than she did?
