Now I've entered codgerhood I have a bit more time to take part in some of the comment sessions. I'm an American raised in Yorkshire, that's pronounced Yawkshuh to the uninitiated. My screen name isn't meant to describe attitude but status as in average.

Or one hell of a solicitor. Okay probably not enough difference there.

  2. 27 days ago on Pearls Before Swine

The resulting derailment will likely kill them all plus many on the train, ethics be damned.

Did Camus do haiku? Perhaps maybe his dog?

Poor Jack, all his mates seem constantly to be taking the piss with him.

I rather enjoy dating myself, and if I play my cards right I can have my way with me.

Looks a bit like the Lindy, mayhem and grievous bodily harm has been known to result from that.

Isn’t that just the worst thing ever? If they were smarmy or ill tempered it would be easier to tolerate.

    Midnight Cowboy but with Santas?

No just a cleverly disguised woman’s handbag. Physics doesn’t seem to be able to explain why they hold so much more than their exterior measurements would dictate so it is the realm of magic until science catches up.

“I’m not sure about that, I have a Blue Heeler and no sheep. Since we’ve moved recently he’s taken to herding the Quail and other game birds that live on our place. I don’t think you’re allowed more than one Terrier per twenty hectares, two of them in that confined space might cause a chain reaction. I think they’re looking into Jack Russels as a propulsion system fro the Mars mission.
