Nah, he’s just waving good-bye to both of them. It’s one of those catch-22 situations. Girls want a good guy that makes them feel attractive, but shy guys tend to be good guys that don’t have the faith in themselves to make a move. So, women get frustrated and end up going with men who are less nice but are more sure and adventurous because they put themselves out there and make the woman feel attractive, which is honestly probably the most important thing to them.
At first I thought Bernice was being mean and taking a potshot at Luann (sort of a “frenemy” deal). However, she really does have a good head on her shoulders. It’s ridiculously tough to get ANYTHING on TELEVISION. It’s funny to think, but people in thirty-second commercials fight like cats and dogs for those spots. I actually have a relative in my not-at-all immediate family who was on a show that flopped, and now does the occasional commercial and he had been doing acting for ages.
No business is going down. They are just gazing affectionately at each other. Pretty sweet, actually. When Quill is out of the picture I wonder who is going to be the apple of Luann’s eye?
I just hope it’s not Gunther. I was a fan of his a few years back, but he was so piteous and weak that it started to annoy me. I remember reading on Wikipedia how Greg gave the reader the opportunity for Luann to choose who she should be with: Aaron or Gunther. I couldn’t understand why most of the readers would pass up a good kid like Gunther…ugh…but then the WHINING and the lack of balls.
Anyway, needless commentary aside, who do you guys think Luann might develop an interest for if Quill should suddenly leave?
Smartest thing to do: go to a community college, take a few classes until you are sure what you want to do, take the rest of your classes in a community college with the plan to transfer to another college (most community colleges have MAP programs that get you immediate acceptance into a college if you complete the list of transferable classes) and save, what, $250 a credit? High priced education is like designer jeans: they look nice at first glance, but deep down they will last as long as an ordinary pair I could buy at Walmart for $20 (TEN BUCKS if there is a sale). :P
Yes. He was in a rock band. In college. While he was studying something ELSE. Something that would have been profitable. Get those prerequisites out of the way while you are “studying” in college.
