Alexandre Dumas was actually a black man… and his father was one of the greatest generals in the French Army!

Over all, yes… but Al and Irma were IMMEDIATELY accepting of her staying at the place, where she simply took Les’s room, and he slept in the “living room” space… and, while nothing happened, and ultimately the boys pushed Tiff out, there was not much reason to expect that at the start. Tiff and Les almost became step-siblings… ok, sure, but they hadn’t grown up closely. There’s no reason to have really expected them to fit into “brother/sister” mode, and Les was certainly not giving off that vibe at the start.

Bets and Tif are (at least) equally mature. Les was certainly interested in Tif, who we have no reason NOT to expect her to show interest back… but, Bets is the one who needs a talking to? Wow… double standards much? Maybe it’s because Irma doesn’t really care about Les, but “her baby boy” is the special one…

In a three panel comic we don’t know if she “hopped the fence” or walked around to a door. She was invited onto the property by someone who worked at that location. If you were invited onto a company’s property to talk about an item you were carrying, whatever that item may be, you wouldn’t question it.

Whatever the situation, the boss is being unreasonably rude to someone who has no reason to know they did something wrong…

Worn properly, and handled properly, masks work great. However, most people aren’t doing either of those things. They ARE putting on a mask, but they aren’t handling it like a doctor.
