   I think Bets and Gunther could help their relationship if Bets drops him from her “show” since the media attention makes him uncomfortable and Gunther confronts his mother and Al about accepting Bets.

   I agree about the dinner just being a thank-you to Tiff and she shouldn’t have seen more into it. However, Kip is aware that Tiff and Stef do not get along. He shouldn’t put both young ladies in an awkward situation.

   I think the problem is that Nancy is treating/talking to Bern as if she is her peer or close friend, which Bern isn’t. Nancy’s comments regarding fantasizing about her husband are more appropriate with a close friend, not her daughter’s best friend.

   I agree with you, Tiff has matured. I meant that even though Tiff has changed, it shouldn’t mean she’s now a pushover.

    Years ago, Tiffany would not have even considered cleaning up the mess as it would’ve been beneath her. Why she’s doing it now is puzzling. Not because Tiffany has grown and matured somewhat since those years/strips, but because she didn’t bring Puddles into the room and he’s not her responsibility, so she shouldn’t have to clean up after him.
