“Seems strange that we should be going to the center of Earth through the air.” Brilliant deduction, Korak.
Tarzan needs Korak’s help?! Can’t he find suckers who’d help him dig pits?
That was nice of Anne, to give Korak the full credit for saving the day.
You don’t need to cut the coils, Korak. Just cut the two tentacles (at the right bottom corner of panel 1). After you pull the old man out of the water, then remove the coils.
Maybe some hungry hippos and crocodiles are also there…
As soon as Korak gets free, whom will he save first? The hottie or the jerk and the old man? Really tough choice…
Korak: “Chill out, Mike. No need to panic. All we need to do is dig a hole. It always works fine for my old man”.
Korak: “I get it. This is part of the script. These vines or tentacles or whatever are just harmless prop. Anne can handle this. No need for me to intervene and ‘save the day’.” Korak leans back calmly and watches.
Brokenhearted, Korak walks away, thinking “Maybe I should look for Meriem”.
Yes, Korak, you should listen to your old man. Still, maybe he should have advised you not to stick your nose where it doesn’t belong.
