   I agree with NBL, and Wikipedia has some interesting history on what the Wikis call “sagging”. It has as much to do with poverty as torn jeans.

   Keith’s wife is confused. When the business owner gives away something willingly, it’s usually a smart capitalist technique to generate sales. When the government dictates you must give things away, that is fascism. If they take your business away from you, that is socialism.
