Just bury Mutt, Jeff, and your problems are over.
One year an aunt and uncle had such a beautiful Christmas tree they couldn’t bear to take it down after the holidays. So they left it up until JUNE the following summer!
I found the program about half way through Bernie’s talk and watched the rest of it. Lots of good ideas expressed about how to tackle and reduce causes and effects of climate changes. No matter which Dem is elected our next president, he/she will have deep wells of talented people and their ideas to draw from, and they all can get the relevant agencies and departments back on track again: See that latest scandal at NOAA, which is one of our most important agencies these days, but now seems to be corrupted at the top.
This really worries me, when that came out recently. So even a respected scientific agency like NOAA is now corrupted by Trump’s latest “acting” head. All that good science and data collection and work by those in the ranks can just be tossed out the window by a flick of the finger. I just checked, and there have been 3 acting heads of NOAA since the Obama administration ended, so that’s an average of 1 per year. Not good. So, are you going to believe NOAA from now on, next time they issue a severe warning for you area?
It’s the lime jello marshmallow cottage cheese surprise!
Yeah, that’ the one I would have wanted to fly. Last winter, I walked around the one at Pima Air and Space Museum in Tucson, AZ. Magnificent bird!
Too late to back out now, Mutt. You just signed on the dotted line!
There’s the old cliche of lion trainers holding a chair in one hand, a whip in the other. Presumably the chair offers protection in case the lion charges…..yeah, right……
I get steamed every time I see the Kochs given sponsor credits on the Nova science program. It’s just a cheap cover for their anti-climate science agenda. Who do they think they are fooling? I’ve written to Nova to refuse to take their dirty money. Viewers are more than willing to step up and cover that source of sponsorship – " thanks to Viewers like YOU!"
I remember the ones where you would open a door on each side, put the slices of bread in, close the doors. Then when you think it was toasted enough on those sides, you’d open the doors, turn the bread over to the other side, close the doors. Many a side was burned when not paying close attention.
