   It’s a comment on when Rosalyn would show up to cabinet meetings with a briefcase containing information on the topics, etc. She was extremely well informed.

   I, too, worked a Habitat for Humanity jobsite with Jimmy and Rosalyn. They worked hard while at the same time being extremely gracious somehow managing to balance the attention people were seeking with doing their jobs at the worksite. BTW, Jimmy knows how to swing a hammer.

   Maybe 50 years ago I had to write a poem for english class and used “door ’inge” to rhyme with orange. Never knew that Vonnegut took my idea.

   No joke. Ooze was the cheer. Sports were not a big thing at UC Santa Cruz.

   I played soccer for the Banana Slugs way back in the late ’70’s. To cheer us on our 14 fans (if we were lucky) would yell, “Ooze!”

   There is a popular documentary called “Free Solo” about rock climbing. The climber being documented is Alex Honnold and Caulfield is dressed like Alex. Caulfield climbing on the bookshelf shows that he is in character – climbing.
