   Am I the only one who was still all for Gunther and Tiffany? I thought during those previous strips, it was painfully obvious that Gunth and Tiff were going to have a realization, and Bernice was going to brave up and talk to Piro

   Okay, I had to actually sign in and comment on this just to get it out of my system:

   I’m kind of in disbelief about all of this. I saw a comment on another strip that this seemed like such a huge waste of building up Quill’s character. Quill saying “you’ll be back” was COMPLETELY out of character for the Quill we came to know. I don’t understand his reaction at all.

   If this is Quill’s last appearance….oh my, how he went out with a whimper. This doesn’t do their relationship any justice at all. I feel like months have been wasted on this. It’s not that I think they should stay together…but the breakup was very quick, as is his exit…and like I said…just doesn’t do this any justice.

   I am sincerely baffled by Quill’s change of character

   Whoa, I only found this strip a few months ago. Glad Carla commented. While I totally understand about the newspaper business, the end seems so abrupt.

   I hope this strip can eventually continue online, and Carla/Henry can get paid for it.

   @RottiluvI agree. I’m surprised that for a year (or longer) everyone has been talking about and hyping up December 21st, and then all of the sudden we hit December and everyone randomly starts saying it’s 12/12 that’s the end of the world. I think it’s the whole “2012” that gets stuck in people’s minds, and confused them thinking its 12/12/12. Who knows? I think maybe that in and of itself is comical.

   I actually love this comic and hate to comment with something like this, but sheesh…such a big speech from Roy (my favorite), only to be about the wrong day. A little disappointed.

   I’m sure they’ve realized this by now and will comment on it soon enough.

   I like Gunther, but I don’t like him for Luann. Gunther definitely deserves happiness and a pretty girl. I like where this is going.

   Yeah, the sleeping in two beds is odd since they live together anyway. I highly doubt they have separate beds at home. Then again, wonder why we didn’t point this out when they first got to the hotel?

   Only thing I can think of is that it’s separate beds for the younger eyes, and I don’t think they’re married (unless I missed that)
