   I liked this strip a lot better when it was really about pirates. Now it is about every day stuff that could happen to anyone. The characters being pirates typically add nothing to the gag. Which is what I’m going to do now… gag.

   I liked it better when the strip really was about pirates. This is a stretch for a pirate joke. I think Chip bit off more than he could chew when he launched this as a pirate strip. He’s run out of pirate material.
