“Fiat” originally came from ancient Etruscan and meant “by the power of God.”

That, and about 2/3rd’s of it needs to be in slow motion to make it agonizingly long.

Read the Academia Waltz for the really early college days. They were great (as were the early Doonesbury’s).

Sorry, psychology is not the same as biology (e.g. transgender women can’t have babies)

Tarantino’s movies are all EXACTLY the same. He just changes the scenery. Reservoir Dogs" – gangster genre with a lot of cussing and violence. “Pulp Fiction” – Hit men with a lot of cussing and violence. “Hateful Eight” – Western with a lot of cussing and violence. “Kill Bill(s)” – Psuedo-Asian philosophy with a lot of cussing and violence. “From Dusk to dawn” – Vampire movie with a lot of cussing and violence. “Inglorious Basterds” – WW II movie with a lot of cussing and violence. YAWN These aren’t terrible movies. They’re just monotonous. I’ll believe he’s a good director when he can make a good comedy, or romance with NO cussing or viloence.
