   Reminds me of the scene right before the sudden flood from the movie, “Oh Brother Where Art Thou”……….. I suppose Sunday’s strip and for weeks to come, panel after panel will show them being carried away underwater to who knows where ………….oh brother…..

   Um, didn’t Tracy check in with Liz when he arrived? Where’s his 2-Way wrist TV?? No portable radio??? No cell phone??????? Yikes…..too many questions……I’m running to get help now……

   Yesterday Dr. Mordred appeared to have the appearance of a medieval executioner in a suit of mail, today he looks like the Frog Prince in chains………Perhaps they’ll encounter a fire breathing dragon along the way…….

   I neglected to mention that I am from Woodstock IL - Home of Dick Tracy…Chester Gould and his wife Edna, were very prominent residents as was Rick Fletcher and his family……those were the days………

   I’m 59 and spent the 60’s and 70’s growing up with Dick Tracy when Gould, Fletcher and Collins were doing the strip. It really saddens me to see how terrible the art and how confusing and absurd the story lines are now. I recently purchased “Dick Tracy, The Collins Case Files” by Max Allan Collins, volumes 1, 2 & 3. Great artwork, unique evil villains, as well as great stories. One of my favorites is the Return of Haf-And-Haf. Check them out! Brings back many fond memories!

    Ah, I see police headquarters has been renovated overnight, and the “Daily Blast” is now the “Daily Express”. This is just insanity. My eyes burn and my brain hurts reading this strip everyday. There is no consistency or flow to this so called story and the art is so bad my cat can do a better job. In fact she could probably write a better story. It’s just plain awful. If I were a professional award winning cartoonist, and writer, I would be ashamed to put my name any where near this junk.
