I still show Magic School Bus to the junior high sometimes. It supplements what we’re talking about and they love it.

We milked cows for a living when I was growing up. Often times when it was time to milk, Dad would say “Time to go pull something on the cows.”

I had a beagle that used to climb a tree and get out of her pen. ;)

    This joke stinks. ;)

Yep, it was what I thought of as well. I think I watched one episode. And it was one where the jury hopped up and sang.

My mother (who is a month shy of 89), says a lot of people will be sorry they don’t have hard copies of pictures now. I think she is right. She also (along with my 92 year old father), believes you should label all pictures as they go through ones that belonged to his mother. Of course believing that and actually labeling can be 2 different things. ;)

I missed the period after “have” Put there it makes sense.

I have never had an ice cream brain freeze. It always hits me in my throat and hurts bad, but never my brain. Maybe I don’t have one? Hmmm.

No offense taken. I believe you are right. Dad has never been comfortable with the greatest generation label. He’s always said they just stood up and did what they had to do.

Dad is a WWII vet. I had him at the VA the other day and someone thanked him for his service, called him the Greatest Generation. He replied back, “We failed in one regard, we didn’t reproduce ourselves.”
