   The problem is most of the money from gas taxes don’t go to maintain the roads but to mass transit.

   We have already had the first “death panel”. Sen. Reid wouldn’t allow a vote to fund the National Institute of Health. He chose politics over cancer treatment for children. When asked if he could provide cancer treatment for one child why wouldn’t he do that he replied “why would I do that”.

   He did later apologize, but the NIH is still closed.
