   The problem is that every one refers to these people as aliens. They are NON- CITIZENS!! Non-Citizens should not have citizens rights. They should be treated the same as an un-licensed driver. If they do not have the proper papers then “pass GO and go directly to JAIL”. We need the “Bracero Program” back. The braceros converted the agricultural fields of America into the most productive in the planet.
