Well using your logic, it is completely wrong for you to voice your opinion that she is wrong.

Doug, If that bear took off his space suit, would the headline read “Bare Bear Moons Moon”?

I think the biggest reason baseball stops when it’s raining is because the ball becomes more difficult for the pitchers to grip.

I forgot about the mini fridges. I have found several of them over the years. Knowing students are often leaving in a small car, they have to pick and choose what to leave behind, and those fridges take up a good bit of space.

That also reverses each year at school dismissal. The furniture college kids are tossing out is usually pretty beat up; sometimes the desks are in good shape. But I have picked up some nice working printers and monitors, and some really cool room decor nicknacks that students returning home or starting anew felt they had outgrown.

Looks like Google Call Screening has been standard on all Google phones since 2019, and as of 2020 it was available for some Nokia and Motorola phones. Not sure if it is available for Samsung, but I suspect it is not, as they have a different setup than the the Google Assistant. I can’t remember the name of the Samsung helper, but I do recall that people were not impressed with it.

I am able to answer and speak to the person, but I need to be pretty quick. I am able to read the text of what they are saying on my screen as it is being said, but I have only actually answered 2 phone calls in progress. The feature is called Google Call Screen. The Google Assistant answers and speaks to the caller. I see the display of what the Assistant says and what the caller says in real time. The text appears on my screen- it is not a separate text message. I am guessing that most people won’t leave a message that lasts much more than 10 or 15 seconds, so I do actually need to get the phone out pretty quickly after it rings.

So the feature is called Google Call Screen. The Google Assistant answers and speaks to the caller. I see the display of what the Assistant says, and what the caller says in real time. It is available for some android phones, but it doesn’t look like it is currently available for Samsung. Google’s voice to text is way better and more accurate than what I get on my Galaxy Note 9. I am a slow, clumsy typist, so I have been using voice to text for several years. On my Note, I would spend almost as much time fixing errors as if I just typed the entire message myself. My Pixel hears and displays the voice to text very quickly and accurately, and even corrects itself as it goes. When it’s time to update, I am likely to get another Pixel phone.
