I do appreciate how they parked on the lawn for no reason, too

Ooh, interesting potential reference to a Chinese architectural superstition, where the pronunciation for the word “Four” is very similar to the word “Death”, so elevators sometimes skip the number 4.

Yes, I’m confident it’s not a word that Dana would use today – I certainly used that word a lot those days, and it’s not a good look now.

Imagine thinking it’s weird that the Director of NIAID and CMA to the President gets new information on a daily basis…

I think that phrase was invented by someone who never had to trap flies; vinegar works way better than honey, especially on fruit flies. I’m glad you wear your mask – but if you’re not going to get vaccinated, I hope you like wearing it, because while COVID is around, every time you take it off, it’s an act of violence against the people around you who chose to get vaccinated to protect themselves and their communities. Also, a hospice nurse who isn’t vaccinated(!) because of what I charitably assume is a medical reason(!!!) seems like a huge problem… That’s not someone I would want around immunocompromised people.
