I never said there wasnt a precedent already. What i wrote was that we SHOLDN’T have to pay for it. This is the reason they come here. Free Govt. funds and Free health care.

Are u saying the state would not have more funds available to prisons and eductation if we stopped paying the illegal parents of these kids ??

Correction !! Its Anti- Illegal Imigrant Groups that want to curb the welfare to children of illegal immigrants. There is a very big difference in sneaking into this country and entering legally and lawfully.
Just cuz u had a kid here should not mean tax payers have to support them !!!
